Yes, you can purchase e-gift cards to use at our store. Click here to purchase e-gift cards. Gift cards are only redeemable for in-store purchases.

Order processing takes 1 to 3 business days. Once we package your order, one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll receive a shipment notification email as soon as your package ships.

It will all vary by the shipping service you select and where you are located. Standard shipping takes 3 - 5 business days, Priority mail will take 2 - 3 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take longer. We are shipping from New York, NY.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You can return your new, unused product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method within 15 days of receiving your order. All returns must have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

We're sorry you didn't love your order. Please email us at shop@beardonut.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.

Once we receive your package, it will take 5 - 7 business days to process the return. However, it usually takes 5-10 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
